SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier, weather, or holiday delays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

LOCAL PORCH PICKUP

Free local porch pickup is available at Fee Construction, 1200 Heinlein Rd, Evansville, IN 47725. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Please wait until you receive a “Ready for pickup” email before arriving. Your order will be labeled with your name and placed on the office porch. Please collect your order within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact us at humbledbygraceboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.

Humbled by Grace Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or an incorrect address supplied at checkout. However, we will gladly help you work with the carrier when possible.
